由于调速 变频器的核心元器件是单片微机,因此具有很
强的功能：
1、 过电流保护、短路保护、过电压保护、欠电压保护、瞬时停电保 护和断相保护。
2、 可数字显示或指示或指针显示频率、转速以及负载率或电流等。
3、
可手动调节频率。可设定转速按时间变化的工艺曲线也可由DCS系统给出信号来控制其频率。
本产品调速变频器为进口元件。柜内还装有电流表、电压表、自动 空气开关、指示灯、交流 接触器、工频变频
转换 开关及起动、停止按钮等。可根据不同用户的工艺要求设计，选择元器件及配制各种适当的操作方法。

BQX52 governor is mainly used to adjust the speed
of 3-phase asynchrone-ous motor by converting
output frequency , so as to meet with
production-
re quirements or save electrical energy up to 30％-60％. Also
it can be used as soft starting controller of motor , furthermore
it can be combined with sensor,
transforming device, etc, toformspeed adjusting system of
closed loop.Featu-res:ease to install and operate,start in balance
without shock current（soft starting）,
decrease supplied power, constant power factor, fault
indication.
The main component ofgovernor is chip microprocessor,
with following protections and performances:
1.Protection of over current ,
short-circuit , over voltage , under
voltage,
instantaneous de-energization and phase-failure.
2.Digital or pointer indication of frequency, rotary
speed,load rate and current.
3.Manuually adjusting frequency is available,able to
set thecharacteristiccurve in accordance with rotary speed
accompanied by time passing , the frequency is
able to be controlled as well by DCS system"s sending adjusting
signal.
The main cmponents are imported . Inside
is arranged ammeter , voltmeter,air circuit
breaker,indicator, AC contactor, conversion switch,and buttons
for
startingor stopping. According to
user"s requirement, components or oper-ating modes can
be freely chosen as possible.
