3.过放保护电压  3.200~2.000V   ±1mV（over-discharge protection voltage　3.200~2.000V   ±1mV）

4.过放保护恢复电压2.500~3.500V ±1mV（over-discharge protection and restoration voltage2.500~3.500V ±1mV.）

5.过放保护延时时间0~1000mS  ±1mS（over-discharge protection delay time. 0~1000mS   ±1mS）

6.过充保护延时时间0~5000mS ±1mS（overcharge protection delay time0~5000mS ±1mS (1mS=0.001秒).）
