在一台数控超高压水切割机上，配有X、Y、Z三个直线坐标轴和1个C向旋转轴，在数控系统的控制下，斜度切割头经偏摆后，沿图形的方向跟随，即可消除切割工作的斜度，又能切割一定范围内的破口。 四轴水切割机床主要解决问题是在切割过程中进行斜度补偿使切口达到完全垂直的目的。 由于进行角度补偿，所以在大理石、瓷砖、玻璃等拼花加工过程中有着优越的效果。当切割时刀头倾斜角度控制在0-7度时，切割后两块切割完成的图形在进行拼接时上表面没有缝隙，下表面缝隙较大。这样就省去了原来需要手工二次打磨的工序，降低了加工成本，提高了加工效率。更重要的是提高了拼花的质量，制作拼花就不是一个非常难的技术了。就能实现复杂拼花的生产了，也极大地扩展了水切割机床的功能

Advanced 4-axis Water Jet Cutting Machine, equipped with X, Y, Z  three rectilinear axes and C rotatable axis on the working table.   The bevel-cutting head is under the CNC system control ,can eliminiate cutting slope ,but also can repair the crevice according to the drawing. It mainly solves the problems that can patch and perfect the groove in the processing of  cutting. Due to the angle compensation, there are a superior effect in parquet for the marble, tiles, glass .etc. When the slope angle is within 0-7 degrees, there are seamless upper surface and bigger gap lower surface after are patched for the two pieces of cutted-workpieces. which  need not be grinded once again, to achieve the purpose  of reducing the cost of processing and improving productivity.  It is a important thing that improve the quality of parquet .Be able to produce the more complex parquet ,but also greatly expand the function of the machine tool.
