1、          该机组由独立安装在地面一个或几个模块组成（无地坑设计）。

2、          当处理带材宽度变化时，抛丸器的抛射位置（抛丸角度）在一定范围内快速调整，以便于适应钢带宽度，确保抛丸效率较高。

3、          在抛丸室体后面，安装一个压缩空气清扫装置用于快速清除钢带上残留的丸料。

4、          抛丸器的丸料可以通过电控箱上的操作面板进行人工调整。

5、          运行抛丸清理机组时，无需人力复杂的操作，只需要定期检查。

1. the steel strip shot blasting cleaning equipment is consist of one or several modules on the ground of  standalone installation(no pit design)

2. When processing steel strip width change , ejection position (Angle shot) of impeller head  adjusts rapidly in a certain range in order to adapt to the strip width to ensure the blasting higher efficient.

3. Behind the shot blasting room, install a compressed air cleaning device to remove rapidly the steel strip residual material

4. Shot material of impeller head can be artificial adjustment through the operation panel on the electric cabinet.

5. when running the shot blast cleaning equipment, without human complex operation, it only needs regular check.
