聚氯乙烯玻璃纤维套管产品是以无碱玻璃纤维编织而成，并涂以聚氯乙烯树脂经塑化而成的电气绝缘漆管。套管具有良好的柔软性、弹性、绝缘性、和耐化学性，适用于电机、电器、仪表、无线电等装置的布线绝缘和机械保护。

检验标准（Test）：

1、外观：漆管的涂层均匀、表面光滑，不应有影响产品性能的缺陷。Appearance: paint tube coating is uniform, smooth surface, the defects should not affect product performance.

2、长度：长度1000mm,允许偏差±10mm 2, Length: Length 1000mm, allowable deviation of ± 10mm
3、内径和壁厚不低于下表标准the inner diameter and wall thickness of not less than the standard of the following table
4、性能标准（Four performance criteria）: 

（1）耐温（temperature:）：105℃

（2）热处理后的弯曲:涂层不裂开、不脱离heat treatment after bending: the coating does not crack, not out of 

（3）低温下弯曲性:涂层不裂开、不脱离low temperature bending: the coating does not crack, not out of 

（4）2715-Ⅲ击穿电压：中值1.5KV，室温下不低于1.2KV 。Breakdown voltage: in value 1.5KV, at room temperature of not less than 1.2KV.
