国鼎（GD）钢构轻型屋面板

国鼎（GD）钢构轻型屋面板钢结构由钢框、钢桁架和高强钢网相互焊接构成骨架承载主体，然后分两次分别浇筑国鼎（GD）无机轻质聚合承重混凝土和国鼎（GD）无机轻质保温隔热混凝土，**后抹刮防水抗裂砂浆形成防水功能体系，从而适应了现代建筑屋面对荷载、保温、轻质、防水的等需求。

产品类型：大跨度轻型屋面板、网架板、天沟板、挑檐板、嵌板、雨罩板等。

产品特性：

高强轻质——独特的GD无机轻质芯材，保温层无机芯材干容重为250-320 kg/m?，承重层无机芯材干容重380-460kg/m?，板自重有效的控制在0.55-0.68KN/m?，允许外加荷载≥1.5 KN/m?。

耐久抗风——钢-混凝土组合结构重要性系数r。=1.0，设计寿命大于50年；焊接安装，屋面与框架一体化，有效抵抗台风的袭击！

保温防露——GD无机保温芯材的导热系数0.065 W/mk，标准状况下，板底980℃高温烘烧，板背温度仅为13℃，有效满足实现夏日隔热、严冬保温的需求。特殊的钢框形状设计，有效解决了烟草、防止、造纸等高湿环境厂房结露的难题。

防水抗震——屋面板防水面层与底部承重憎水层构成上下双效防水体系；整板为钢结构设计，施工焊接与主体结构又成为一体，是用于抗震设防烈度为8级以下地区的工业和民用建筑。

防火防腐——GD无机芯材采用优质的无机原料，具有良好的防火性能，耐火极限长达90分钟；GD无机芯材具有优良耐酸碱腐蚀的能力，钢材部分可根据防腐需求进行处理，复合防腐国家标准。

隔音泄暴——120mm厚的GD轻质芯材平均隔声43dp，同时能够有效抵抗强波的冲击，真正实现隔音和泄爆。

美观便捷——多色彩和可装饰性，让外形更富时代气息；板的可开洞性能和局部损坏直接修特性，可方便的安装光罩、管道、风机，同时便于维修。安装简便快捷，更节省了人力物力。

适用范围：

与混凝土、钢屋架、网架、轻钢结构等结构配套，如工业厂房、大型仓储、超市市场、各类场馆、民居、改造加层等等

大型屋面板标准规格：3000mm×6000mm、1500mm×6000mm，标准芯材板厚100mm；

网架板标准规格：4000mm×4000mm、3000mm×3000mm，标准芯材板厚100mm；

高寒地区和特殊保温需求，板厚可根据保温及隔声需求另行设计。

特殊跨度和荷载需求，可另行设计，**大跨度9m。

根据工程设计需求，可制作异形板，包括泛水立板、开孔板、三角板、多角板等。

Steel Structure of Guoding (GD) Steel Structure Lightweight Roof Board is made of steel frame roof, steel trusses and high-strength steel mesh welded with each other, specially composite pouring core material of GD inorganic glue sand to form an effective function system of polymer bearing layer, thermal insulation layer and waterproof layer, and thus adapted to the modern building houses facing demand of loading, thermal insulation, lightweight, waterproof, and others.

 Features:

High-strength & Lightweight -- Unique GD inorganic glue sand core material, the dry bulk density of thermal insulation layer of inorganic glue sand is 250-320 kg/m?, the dry bulk density of load-bearing layer of inorganic glue sand is 380-460 kg/m?, the weight of plate is effective controlled between 0.55-0.68KN/m?, allowing external load ≥1.5 KN/m?.

Durablity & Wind Resistance -- Importance factor of steel - concrete composite structure r. = 1.0, designed life is more than 50 years; welding technique during installing sets roof and the frame into one, effective against typhoons hit!

Thermal Insulation & Anti-dew -- Thermal conductivity of GD inorganic thermal insulation glue sand is 0.055-0.075 W/mk, in the standard conditions, the bottom of board is baking and burning in the high temperature as 980 ℃, the temperature of the back is only 20 ℃, effectively meets the realization of needs of the summer heat and winter thermal insulation. The special shape of the steel frame design, effectively solves the problems of tobacco, prevention, paper-producing and problem of condensation in high humidity environment .

Waterproof & Anti-seismic - Waterproofing layer and the bottom of the load-bearing water-repellent layer of roof board constitute the upper and lower double-effect waterproof system; full-page is designed for the steel structure, construction welding and the main structure become one, not fear earthquake below 8 degree.

Fireproof & Anti-corrosion - GD inorganic glue sand, using high-quality raw materials, has good fireproof performance, fire resistance can be up to 90 minutes; GD inorganic glue sand has an excellent ability of anti-corrosion of acid and alkali, in the steel part doing the epoxy zinc-rich, hot-dip galvanizing and concrete box for processing, according to anti-corrosion needs, so that products meet the national standard of anti-corrosion.

Soundproof & Storm-vent - Average noise of GD lightweight 120mm-thick core material is 45dp, while providing effectively against the impact of strong waves, sound, and truly make soundprood and storm-vent come true.
