氧化诱导时间试验机是在程序控制温度下，测定物质氧化诱导时间的专业设备，是测定管材氧化诱导期的专业仪器。可以自动计记录管材、材料在氮气气氛中以恒定速度加热式样及参比物，当达到指定温度时，气氛切换为相同流速的氧气。之后样品在该温度下恒温，直到热曲线上显示有氧化反应发生。从氧气流开始流入的时刻，到发生氧化反应的时间间隔，既为氧化诱导期。仪器可以自动记录氧化诱导期温度、时间曲线，还可测量物质与参比物之间的温度差与温度关系。自动记录描述样品与参比物之间的温度(△T)随温度或时间的变化关系。还可以检测相转变，熔化，结晶结构的转变，沸腾，升华，蒸发，脱氢反应，断裂或分解反应，氧化或还原反应，晶格结构的破坏和其他化学反应。

氧化诱导期试验机产品应用范围：

氧化诱导时间（OIT）是测定样品在高温（200摄氏度）氧气条件下开始发生自动催化氧化反应的时间，是评价材料在成型加工、储存、焊接和使用中耐热降解能力的指标。

氧化诱导期(简称OIT)方法是以塑料分子链断裂时的放热反映为依据，测试塑料在高温氧气中加速老化程度的方法。

其原理是：将塑料式样与惰性参比物（如氧化铝）置于仪器中，使其在一定温度下用氧气迅速置换式样室内地惰性气体（如氮气）。测试由于式样氧化而引起的DTA曲线，并获得氧化诱导期（时间）OIT（min),以评定塑料的防热老化性能。

仪器符合G B /T 19466.3- 2009/ISO 11357-3 :2018氧化诱导期。氧化诱导时间（等温OIT)和氧化诱导温度（动态OIT)的测定。
