汽车袋式装车机是用于袋装水泥装车的,可移动式输送**设备,它可将水泥仓装生产线输送过来的袋装水泥直接输送到汽车车箱的装车位置,并可以随着装车过程不断移动装车机的停放位置,方便装车过程的操作。

Truck bag loader is used in bag cement loading. It is a moveable conveying equipment. Bag cement from cement storehouse production line is conveyed to loading position of truck box directly. It is convenient to operate loading with the change of parking position of moveable loader.

使用汽车袋式装车机进行仓装水泥的装车,大大地减轻了操作工人的劳动强度,加快了装车速度,提高了工作效率,极大地方便了装车过程。

It is characterized by low labor strength, expedite loading speed, enhance work efficiency and convenient to loading.

2、  结构形式与工作原理

汽车袋式装车机由水平移动式皮带输送机,变幅移动式皮带输送机,变幅升降卷扬机和控制系统组成。行走机构由电机、减速机及链传动装置和走轮机构组合工作。走轮组的数量随着装车机水平输送胶带的长度选定，并用来支承和移动全部设备。整机设备在18kg/m的钢轨上移动。

Truck bag bulk loader is composed of horizontal and moveable belt conveyor, breadth moveable belt conveyor, breadth hoister and control system. Travel structure works together with motor, reducer, chain driving device and wheel. The number of wheel is selected according to the length of horizontal conveying belt. It can move and support the whole equipment. The whole equipment is moved along the steel railway of 18kg/m.

输送带选用了无接头回旋输送胶带，并由若干个皮带托滚支承，设有皮带张紧装置，水平胶带和变幅胶带由同一台电动滚筒驱动，能保证两水平胶带和变幅胶带同步输送。

Belt is used returned belt which is no tie-in. It is supported by many rollers and has tension device. Horizontal belt and breadth belt are driven by one set motorized roller. It can guarantee horizontal belt and breadth belt to convey synchronization.

变幅胶带的变幅运动由安装在行走机架上的卷扬机控制，可进行变幅胶带不同角度调整的变幅移动。

The breadth movement of belt is controlled by hoister of travel frame. Adjust the movement of breadth belt in different angle.

系统控制箱安装在行走机架的适当部位，同时在变幅胶带末端设有操作控制按钮盒，可以在控箱上控制，也可以在装车位进行控制。

System control box is installed in some position of travel frame. Install control button box at the end of breadth belt.

工作时，启动行走机构电机的前进或后退按钮，就可以调整装车机的停放位置，以适应装车点的要求。启动卷扬机上升或下降按钮，就可以调整变幅胶带出袋位置的高低，以适应装车位置的高低要求，启动电动滚筒运行电机，水平胶带和变幅胶带使可以启动运行，开始装车操作。

When working, press the button of forward and backward of  motor in travel structure. Adjust the parking position and meet the request. Start lifting or falling button of hoister and adjust the position of bag breadth belt. Suit the loading position. Start motorized roller and driving motor. Start horizontal belt and breadth belt and start loading.
