使分离的料浆以一定的压力从水力旋流器上部周边切向进入旋流器内。产生强烈的旋转运动,由于大小颗粒之间存在着粒度差异,所受的离心力、向心浮力和流体曳力大小不同。受离心沉降作用。大颗粒受离心力较大,沉降到器壁,由底流口排出,小颗粒则由顶部溢流管排出,从而达到分级或浓缩的目的。
根据原矿杂质含量、粒度分布、处理能力等情况确定使用旋流器的型号、规格、数量。一般需要几种规格不同的旋流器串联方能达到工艺要求。
This machine make separation pulp with some pressure enter into Hydro-cyclone along tangential way from the top rim of Hydro-cyclone , and lead to strong cyclone moving , because different size among granuale , they get different centrifugal, buoyancy to the centre ,fluid drag force , for the force of centrifugal and sedimental , bigger granule get bigger centrifugal and sediment on wall of tube and discharge from the outlet of bottom ,smaller granule overflow by pipe from the top , in the end , the materail be graded and condensed.
Different Hydro-cyclone’s type , specification and quantity be selected according to different impurities content of raw material ,distribution of granule ,capacity , ususally , different specification Hydro-cyclones be connected to work in order to some technology.
