进口气动保温调节阀,采用顶部导向不平衡式结构,高强度、重载荷、S型流道、压降损失小、流量系数大、可调范围广、流量特性精度高。阀笼采用压紧阀座设计,解决了传统的螺纹拧入式阀座拆卸困难,泄漏量大等问题,延长了使用寿命。采用流开式设计,介质趋向于阀门开启的方向,小开度可控性好,流量特性畸变小。根据工况要求可选择降噪音、抗气蚀的特殊阀笼。与10P00相比,10P60为保温夹套型,主要应用于介质在常温下容易凝结的场合,比如介质为石蜡。保温夹套里注入蒸汽,加热介质,维持介质的流动。

Series heat insulation jacket single-seat control
valve adopts the top guided unbalanced structure, featured by high
strength, heavy load, S type flow channel, low pressure drop loss,
high flow coefficient, wide adjustable range, high flow
characteristic precision, etc.
The cage adopts the press-in type seat design,
which solves the problems of difficult disassembly and high leakage
of the traditional thread screw-in type seat and prolongs the
service life. The flow to open design is adopted, and the medium
flow direction tends to the opening direction of the valve with
good controllability of small opening and low flow characteristic
distortion. Special cages with noise reduction and anti-cavitation
functions can be offered according to the requirements in different
service conditions. Compared with the 10P00 Series, the 10P60
Series valves are of heat insulation jacket type, mainly used in
applications where media such as paraffin may easily coagulate at
normal temperature. Fill the heat insulation jacket with steam to
heat the medium and maintain its flow.
