聚氨酯彩钢板的简介
聚氨酯彩钢板也称聚氨酯夹芯板、聚氨酯复合板、聚氨酯保温板、聚氨酯彩钢夹芯、彩钢聚氨酯板、金属面硬质聚氨酯夹芯板、建筑用金属面绝热夹芯板、PU夹芯板、PU复合板、PU彩钢板、PU保温板。
聚氨酯为芯材的复合板由上下层彩钢板加中间发泡聚氨酯组成，本公司引进世界上先进的的意大利在线连续生产线，采用滚桶原理及聚氨酯（ PU.PIR ）的物理特性及独特配方，将金属板放置于特殊设计的送板带上，借喷涂装置喷覆聚氨酯发泡剂于金属板上，运用电脑全自动控制，经高温处理使发泡剂在金属板之间发泡成型，完成三层一次性一体成型的聚氨酯夹芯板，可在线一次性完成社会配料中心或工厂的配比混合工艺，并可根据温度在线随意调整，从而生产出与众不同的高强度、节能型、绿色环保的建筑板材。
由于其防火防潮性能好，也常用于其它材料复合板的封边芯材，聚氨酯封边复合板采用高品质彩色涂层钢板为面材，连续岩棉、玻璃丝棉为芯材，高密度硬质发泡聚氨酯为企口填充，经过高压发泡固化，自动密实布棉并由超长双覆带控制成型复合而成，与传统挂棉维护材料相比，防火、保温效果更佳，性能更持久，安装便捷、外观雅致。是钢建筑维护材料的**者。
一般用于建筑物的屋面外层板，该板具有良好的保温、隔热、隔音效果，并且聚氨酯不助燃，符合消防安全。上下板加聚氨酯的共同作用，具有很高的强度和刚度，下层板光滑平整，线条明朗，增加室内美观度、平整度。安装方便，工期短，美观，是一种新型的建筑材料。
本夹芯板具有轻质、美观和良好的防腐蚀性能，又可直接加工，它给建筑业、造船业、车辆制造业、家具行业、电气行业等提供了一种新型原材料，起到了以钢代木、高效施工、节约能源、防止污染等良好效果。

聚氨酯硬泡保温是一项新型建筑节能技术，经过在工程实例中的运用显示这项技术的优势是很明显的。聚氨酯硬质发泡是目前国际公认**好的建筑热材料，这种新的轻型建材是彩涂钢板与聚氨酯的**结合，是轻型建材的发展方向。
(1)其导热系数低为0.015~0.025W/(m·k) 由于聚氨酯粘结强度高，无须任何胶粘剂和锚固件，是一种天然的胶粘材料，能形成连续的保温层，保证了保温材料与墙体的共同作用并有效阻断热桥。
(2)耐荷性好聚氨酯材料孔隙率结构稳定，基本上是闭口孔，如此不仅保温性能优良，而且抗冻融、吸声性也好。
(3)抗弯强度高  硬泡聚氨酯是一种强度比（材料强度与体积密度比）较高的材料，作为保温材料其性能优于发泡聚苯、岩锦等材料，抵抗外力的能力也较强。
(4)不吸水水密性好硬泡聚氨酯材料有优良的防水、隔汽性能，材料不含水，吸水率又很低，能很好地阻断水和水蒸汽的渗透，使墙体保持一个良好、稳定的绝热状况，是目前其他保温材料很难实现的。
(5)不腐烂。

(7)阻燃性好聚氨酯在添加阻燃剂后，是一种难燃自熄性的材料，它与胶粉聚苯颗粒浆料复合，组成一个防火体系，能有效地防止火灾蔓延。
(8)耐温范围大聚氨酯是一种柔性变形量较大的材料，它抵抗外界变形能力强，在外力和温度变形、干温变形等作用下，不易发生裂缝，有效地保证了体系的稳定性、耐久性。
(9)环保性能好用于外墙外保温的聚氨酯是一种化学稳定性较高的材料，耐酸、耐碱、耐热，聚氨酯是无溶剂型的、非氟锂昂型的，因而不会产生有害气体，不会对环境造成危害。
