    夹胶玻璃：夹层玻璃是由两片或多片玻璃，之间夹了一层或多层有机聚合物中间膜，经过特殊的高温预压（或抽真空）及高温高压工艺处理后，使玻璃和中间膜**粘合为一体的复合玻璃产品。常用的夹层玻璃中间膜有：PVB、SGP、EVA、PU等。
    Laminated glass is compromised by two or three pieces of glass within one or more layers organic polymer film.Laminated glass can be permanent bonded with films through special high temperature pressure (or vacuumize )and HTHP.Frequently-used films for laminated glass are PVB,SCP,EVA,PU etc.

    中空、夹胶玻璃影响质量几大因素
    Factors affecting quality of insulating glass and laminated glass

    A、原片对中空玻璃质量的影响：如果原片质量出现问题很可能导致节能中空玻璃膜层脱落，导致节能效果丢失，从外墙视觉上直接影响其整体效果。（三维玻璃选用的原片品牌为：南玻、台玻、信义、物华天宝等国内**品牌，原片质量得到保障。）
    A.Impact on quality:if there is a problem on base glass,the face of LOW-E glass may drop and that may affect energy saving and visual effect.(The brands we use are CSG,TGI,XYG,WHTBG
etc.to ensure the quality.)

    B、切片误差对玻璃质量的影响：玻璃切割误差会导致中空玻璃的双片错位缺陷，导致中空玻璃上墙后出现质量隐患。（三维玻璃选用全球**品牌保特罗切割机，其成熟的技术可保障玻璃切割尺寸达到稳定的高精度要求，保证玻璃的对角线误差在1mm范围内。）
    B .Influence of cutting error will lead dislocation defect of insulating glass,it may have quality hidden trouble after using.(We use the famous cutting machine Bottero cutting machine to make sure the size is stable and precise,especially the diagonal error is withing 1mm)

    C、低质量的钢化对中空玻璃质量的影响：低质量的钢化会使玻璃自爆率增高，导致玻璃上墙后产生安全隐患，甚至造成人身伤害，同时也会使玻璃变形严重。（三维玻璃拥有三条钢化线，分别是格拉斯通生产的TAMGLASS钢化炉、可钢化超厚版超大板（**厚可达19mm，**大尺寸3000mm*8000mm）的洛阳北玻钢化炉和可将6mmLOW-E玻璃钢化时间缩短至290s的三维技术钢化炉。我们的钢化产品可**大程度减少钢化变形和自爆率。） 
    C.Affection of insulating glass after inferior quality tempering:the explosive rate will rise to cause potential safety hazard even personal injury.(We have three tempering lines.One is Tamglass tempering furnace of Glaston.Another is super large size tempering furnace of North Glass which can tempering super thick and huge glass(maximum thickness up to 19mm,maximum size up to 3000mm*8000mm).Another is a tempering furnace with our central technology that reduce tempering time of 6mm LOW-E glass to 290s and reduce deformation  and the explosive rate to maximum extent.)
     
    D、低质量的中空合片对中空玻璃质量的影响：打胶不均匀会导致中空玻璃四个边受力不均匀，很可能导致中空玻璃双片错位甚至掉片。使用低成本的铝条会导致铝条变形，从而导致中空玻璃内腔进入水汽。分子筛质量不佳或未填充分子筛会导致中空玻璃内腔出现水珠、雾气。丁基胶打胶不合格会导致玻璃密封出现问题，存在很大的安全隐患。第二道密封胶分为主要用于门窗的硅酮密封胶和主要用于幕墙的硅酮结构胶。如果质量不佳或打胶不均匀轻则密封不佳，进入水汽影响外观视觉效果，并使节能效果快速失效，重则造成安全隐患。（三维玻璃拥有三条自动打胶线，并采用世界上**先进的中空玻璃生产设备制造商之一的李赛克全自动打胶机，保证了中空玻璃对密封胶混胶均匀、涂胶饱满的要求。其他中空玻璃所需辅材均为国内外**品牌，铝条采用定制的普罗菲尔铝条一次成型的折弯铝条。分子筛使用山东绿能，主要起到吸附水气的作用。丁基胶采用意大利芬齐，是**道密封胶。第二道密封胶采用硅宝或中蓝晨光，起到再密封的作用，结构胶主要用于幕墙，有结构支撑的作用。)
    D.The affection of insulating glass inferior quality putting together caused:uneven glue will lead uneven force of four edges of insulating glass.That may cause two pieces of glass dislocation even one falls apart from another.Using low cost aluminum strips may lead deformation so that water vapor may go into the entocoel .Nonstandard butyl rubber adhesive will bring about problem on tightness so as to cause potential safety hazard.The second sealant divides into silicone sealant for doors and windows and silicone structure sealant for curtain walls.If there is a poor quality or uneven glue,it will be not sealed,so that water vapor may go in to affect appearance and energy saving effect,or even worse it will cause safety hazard. (We have three automatic glue production lines.One of them is Lisec glue machine which is one of the most advanced production equipment manufacturers in the world.Lisec is a label that can ensure the quality of uniformity coefficient and full degree of sealant.Other auxiliaries are famous internal brands.We choose one time molding aluminum stripes of profilglass S.P.A and molecular sieve of ShanDong Lvneng which can absorb water vapor.The butyl rubber we used is Fenzi from Italy as first sealant.We use Guibao or Bluestar as the second sealant to reseal.Curtain wall mainly uses structure adhesive to support.)

    E、低质量夹胶合片对夹胶玻璃质量影响：市场上几种降低成本的夹胶玻璃胶片厚度不达标导致夹胶玻璃出现气泡、水雾甚至掉片。（三维玻璃采用国内外**品牌胶片，拥有成熟的干夹和湿夹技术。）
    E.The affection of Low quality laminated glass:if the thickness of the films is not up to the standard,it will cause bubble and water vapor inside the glass or even worse a glass falling.(We use domestic and international famous brands of PVB films.We have mature technology in laminated with films as well as laminated with glue water.)

    F、铝条折弯与非折弯对中空玻璃的影响：折弯铝条可减少中空玻璃内腔干燥剂与空气中水分子接触的几率，更能保证中空玻璃的隔音隔热性能，有效避免内腔起雾进水。
