一、产品介绍
水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料（简称CCCW）是由特制水泥及多种活性化学物质充分混合而成的刚性、渗透结晶型浅灰色粉末状防水材料。其特殊的配制使其在混凝土内部具有渗透作用，并与水作用形成结晶从而封堵混凝土内部裂缝和毛孔，增加混凝土密实度，达到彻底防水的目的。
二、产品特点
1、可渗入墙体表层，充满并封堵所有细小毛孔，形成独有保护层，迎水面、背水面都可使用；
2、可涂刷在潮湿的表面，操作简便，日后无需养护费用，可自行修复、桥接细小裂缝；
3、可在粗糙不平表面施工，无需保护层，用于地下室外墙可直接回填土；
4、抗老化，与结构同寿命，耐高温、低温，抗冻融，可以保护钢筋不受腐蚀；
5、用于内墙时，尤其是用于地下室防水时，涂料可抗高地下水压，在构筑物外墙既有防水作用，又有装饰作用
6、可抗盐碱腐蚀及空气污染造成的损坏，无毒，可直接接触饮用水；
7、涂涮后可在该涂料表面直接再覆盖涂刷其他的涂料，可直接粘瓷砖等其他装饰材料。
三、产品用途
1、对混凝土结构进行防水保护，可用在承受正、反水压的墙面，可用在地下室或位于水平面以下的墙 面；
2、可作为化工厂、发射井及冷却塔的防水、防腐及装饰材料；
3、可作为灌溉水渠的防水、修复材料，可作为大坝及防水墙的防水材料，用于水处理厂的防水处理用于管道及竖井的防水；
4、用于游泳及蓄水池、饮用水池的防水，用于基础墙和底板、电梯及积水井的防水，用于粮库和食品 库、厨房及厕浴间的防水，用于电缆沟、隧道、港口、码头的防水。
四、施工方法
1、涂涮法
a） **将防水材料按照规定比例进行混合，搅拌均匀并形成水泥浆粘稠状；
b） 用纤维质地或尼龙短纤维质地的涮子进行涂涮，涂涮时沿一个方向，涂涮完一小部分，继续向四周扩大涂涮面积；
c） 横向涂涮一遍后，第二遍涂层可在**遍涂层干燥6--12小时后进行涂涮，也可在**遍涂层完 全干燥后，先预湿**遍涂层后进行二遍涂涮；
d） 涂涮全部完成后清洗涮子妥善保存以备日后使用。
2、干撒法
a）
在未浇筑混凝土之前，先将垫层润湿，再将该材料按规定用量均匀的撒在垫层上，一般干撒应在混凝土浇筑前30--120分钟完成；
b）
也可将该材料洒在初凝的混凝土上，然后用抹子压实。
3、水和粉料的调配比例，水∶灰为0.3kg∶1kg；
五、包装、储存：
1、包装：5Kg/桶（袋）、25Kg/桶（袋）；
2、储存：本品应存放于阴凉、干燥和不受阳光直射的仓库中，温度-20℃-60℃之间，未开封产品储存 期为十八个月以上。
六、贮存与运输：
1产品应密封存放在阴凉通风的仓库内。
2.运输是应避免日晒雨淋，保持包装完好无损。
3.保质期：六个月，过期前产品经检验合格后仍可使用

Introduction of production
Cement permeating crystallization
waterproof coating （short form is CCCW） is made by special cement
and a lot of other active chemicals. It is a kind of grey
permeating crystallization powder waterproof coating. It can
permeate in the cement because of its special component. And it can
fill the crack and pore of the cement, make the cement stronger,
got the purpose of totally waterproofing.
2. Features
of the productions
（1） Can permeate into the wall,
fill all the pores and form a waterproof layer, can be used at both
obverse and reversed
（2） Can be used at damp places,
operate simply, don’t have to maintain and can repair themselves
and fill the small cracks.
（3） Can be used at not flat
places, doesn’t need protecting layer, can fill earth directly when
used at basement outside wall.
（4） Anti-aging, have the same
life with the building, have heat and cold resistance, anti
freezing, protect the reinforcing steel bar from eroding
（5） Used in interior walls,
especially used at basement waterproofing, the coating can bear the
high water pressure, have the function of decoration.
（6） Anti the eroding of
acid and alkali and the pollution of the air, no poison, can be
used at drinking water project.
（7） Can use other coatings on
the surface, can use ceramic tiles on the surface directly.
3. Using
scope
（1） Protect the cement
structure, bear the water pressure of obverse and reversed, can be
used at basement and walls underground
（2） Can be used as
waterproofing, anti eroding and decoration materials of the
chemical factory, cooling water and launching well
（3） Can be used as waterproof
and repairing materials of the channels, can be used as waterproof
materials of the dam or waterproof wall, used at the water
treatment plant, pipes, silos
（4） Used at swimming pool,
impounding reservoir, base wall, lift, and well, grain depot,
kitchen and toilet, tunnel, harbor, dock.
4. Using
method
（1） Brushing method
① First mix the materials according to the
proper proportion, stir fully into concrete like
liquid
②Using fiber brushing to brush, brush to the
same direction, after finish a small area, go on to the areas
around
③After the first brush, brush the second
time 6—12 hours later, also can brush the second time after make
the first layer wet
④The brush can be used for several
times
（2） Bestrew method
①Before putting the concrete, make the
basement wet first, and then bestrew the material on the earth,
this should be finish 30—120minutes before adding the
concrete
② Can also bestrew the material on the
concrete that is not solidificated, and then make it flat by a
scoop
（3） The proportion between of
the water and powder, water:powder = 0.3kg:1kg
5. Packing and
storage

（2） Storage: be stored at cool
dry place, temperature is about --20℃ to 60℃, can be stored
