PH- utility-type level bed tool rest CNC lathe.
PH车床持点:
床身采用优质铸铁树脂砂造型，横拖板排刀换刀方式，导轨表面经高频处理，表面硬度达60度以上，滑板表面贴塑使其动静磨擦系数大幅降低，提
高了移动速度，重复定位精度，耐磨性及钢性。机床位移速度可达12M/min, 提高工作效率，缩短加工时间。伺服电机与滚珠丝杆通过弹性联轴器
直联, 受力情况好，定位精度高，可选配增加两把液压切刀。工作原理：排刀刀架加工时液压切刀可以同时倒角或开槽，数控排刀切削完后，液压
切刀马上做切断动作，数控排刀可同时回到送料到位检测处，工件切断后夹松开, 马上送料做下一工件，数控排刀与液压刀架联动切削，充分体现数
控与液压的**佳组合，同一工件的加工速度缩短4秒至8秒, 速度无与伦比。
