一、产品概述
1. 技术特点㈠
① 无可动件,结构简单、牢固,寿命长。
②
测量范围宽,在测量范围内,仪表常数的精确不受介质温度、压力、粘度、密度的影响,所以,仪表适应的介质种类多。
③
压力损失小。适用于测量中高流速范围的液体、气体及蒸汽。不适用于在低流速范围内使用,不适于高粘度液体。
2. 涡街流量计包括以下不同功能产品
① LU型现场显示涡街流量计
② LUGB系列涡街流量传感器
③ LU型两线制涡街流量计
④ 插入式大口径涡街流量计/传感器
⑤ XSJ和XSJB系列智能流量显示仪、热量显示仪
3. 各功能产品构成如下
① DN15~DN250为管道夹装系列。
② DN300以上为插入式涡街流量计(系列)
③
LU型现场显示涡街流量计,有电池供电、12V外供电和12V外供电带累计量脉冲输出三种(不带温压补偿)
④
LUGB型涡街流量传感器与智能流量显示仪配套组成涡街流量计,同时配套压力变送器和温度变送器,可对介质进行温度压力补偿,与热量显示仪配套,还可以进行热量计量。
⑤
LU型两线制涡街流量计,输出4~20mA电流信号。须配套具有24伏直流馈电的仪表,然后电流信号串联进入仪表(或计算机、记录仪等)的电流信号输入端。

三、选型
1.认真填写订货咨询单,核对被测介质的工况条件如:压力、温度、密度、粘度等。
2.流量计口径的确定
流量口径的确定于流量范围有关,切不可认为只要管道口径于流量计口径相同,一定能够适用.因此,流量计口径的确定应以适用流量范围为准.当被测介质为饱和蒸汽、过热蒸汽或其它时请咨询,当被测介质为常温常压的空气或常温水时,可直接按附表(二)、附表(三)选取流量计口径,注意附表(二)、附表(三)的流量都为工况下的流量(即:m?/h),如果已知标况下的流量(即Nm?/h),要先按有关公式换算。在两种口径的适用流量范围都能完全包含实际流量范围时,尽可能选择口径较小的流量计,以防实际**小流量仍有可能低于流量计的下限适用流量。
