概述

上海华通开关厂为了适应我国市场经济形势，与行业归口所（上海电器科学研究所）和行业中一些国营大中型企业及行业配置企业组建成一种新型技术开发特色集团（简称OTT集团），集中了各方优势，开发了新一代高性能的S(H)系列塑料外壳式断路器。为了保护集团的利益，S(H)系列产品已申请了专利和商标注册以便有效的进行知识产权保护。S(H)系列型号为OTT集团**产品型号。S(H)系列产品符合IEC947-2及GB14048.2标准，全系列产品通过国家低压电器检测中心全套型式试验。S(H)系列断路器有普通型到高性能（高分断型）等多种系列，能广泛适应各种各样电路的保护要求。

 

General

To cater for the economic situation of China’s domestic marker,Shanghai Hua Tong Switchgear Works, together with the national domestic electric apparatus line authority,Shanghai Electrical Electrical Apparatus Research lustitute, and several state-run major and middle scaled enterprises and sub-suppliers in the same line, estavlished a New-tech Development Group (or OTT Group in short form) for the purpose of concentrating particular enterprise advantages and developed a new generation of high performance  S(H) Series Molded Case Circuit Breakers.

For the group benefit, we have successfully applied for a patent right and trade mark registration to protect intellectual property right efficiently.

As an exclusive product type only granted for the  OTT Group, S(H) Series Breakers are designed and manufactured according to standards IEC947-2 and GB14048.2 and successfully passed the complete type tests performed in China National Centre For Quality Supervision And Test of Low Voltage Apparatus.

With general type and high performance (high breaking type) for customers’choices, S(H) Series Breakers are widely adapted to various protective requirements by different customers.

 

1、用途

 S(H)系列断路器适用于50Hz或60Hz，额定电流从10A至800A，额定绝缘电压690V（C型为500V），**大额定工作电压690V（C型为400V）及以下的电网中，该系列断路器也适用于DC125V及以下配电设备中。本系列断路器一般作配电用。壳架额定电流400A及以下的Y型断路器亦可作为保护电动机之用。在正常情况下，断路器可分别作为线路的不频繁转换及电动机的不频繁起动之用。 配电断路器，在配电网络中用来分配电能且作为线路及电源设备的过载和短路保护。保护电动机用断路器，在400V配电网络中用在鼠笼型电动机的起动和运转中分断及其过载和短路保护。S(H)系列断路器可加装欠电压脱扣器、分励脱扣器、辅助触头、报警触头、电动操作机构、转动操作手柄及机械联锁装置。其用途如下：

a)欠电压脱扣器用作线路及电源设备的欠电压保护。

b) 分励脱扣器作远距离控制断路器断开之用。

c)  辅助触头用于对断路器作控制回路和讯号回路自动控制之用。

d) 报警触头用于对断路器保护对象的过载、短路欠电压事故报警之用。

e) 电动操作机构作断路器的自动控制和远距离的合闸和断开之用。

f) 转动操作手柄作抽屉柜面板转动操作断路器及断器处于闭合时与门机械联锁之用。

g) 两台断路之间可实现机械联锁及电气联锁。

 

1.Application

The S(H) Series Circuit Breakers is suitably used in electric supply systems with ratings of 50Hz or 60Hz in frequency, 10Ato 800A in current, 690V (500V for Type C) in insulating voltage and 690V (400V for Type C) in maximum working voltage for distribution generally, It is also Series Circuit is electric supply systems with DC 125V and bellow, Type Y Circuit Breakers with frame rated current up to 400A may also be used for motor protection . In normal working conditions, this kind of circuit breaker may be used or infrequent circuit switching and for infrequent start up of motors.

Distributing circuit breakers are used for electricity distribution in distributing network and overload or short circuit protection of circuit and power supply equipment respectively.

S(H) Series Circuit Breakers may be equipped with under-voltage trip, shunt trip, auxiliary contacts, alarming contacts, motor-driven operating mechanism , rotation operating handle and mechanical interlocking devices as follows:

a) Undervoltage trips provide undervoltage protection of circuit and power supply equipments.

b) Shunt trips are used for remote controlled disconnection of circuit breakers.

c) Auxiliary contacts function as breaker automatic control both for control and signal circuits.

d) Alarming contacts give off overload ,short circuit or under voltage alarms for protective object from a breaker.

e) Motor-driven operating mechanism automatically controls a breaker for remote closing and opening.

f) Rotation operating handle mounted on the panel of a with drawout cubicle is to operate a circuit breaker and used for mechanical interlocking between closed circuit breaker and the door.

g) Both mechanical and electrical interlockings are possible between two circuit breakers.
