1.    防火性能好

   Good fireproof performance

   石膏板其构成材料主要为含结晶水的石膏板，决定了其在遇火初期，石膏板芯材所含结晶水未完全脱出和蒸发完毕之前，板面温度不会超过140C^。，这一良好防火特性可以为人们疏散赢得宝贵时间，同时也延长了防火时间。纸面石膏板在受热时释放的水蒸气，避免了火灾时因有毒气体而使人窒息的危险。

   The main material of gypsum board is the plate with crystal water.When gypsum board meets fire initially,the constitution decides that the temperature will be no more than 140 C before evaporation of crystal water.The good performance can get precious time for people to evacuate,and also extend time for fire-prevention.The steam released by heating gypsum board gets rid of the chocking danger because of toxic gases.

2.    施工安装方面

   Installation

纸面石膏板可加工性能好，可锯、可刨、可钻、可贴，施工灵活方便，易于拆装，以满足不同用户的使用需求。干法作业，施工现场文明；工人劳动强度低；施工安装效率高。

Paper-faced gypsum board has good performance for prdcessing,cutting and sticking.And it is so convenient to install that meets using needs of different customers.And its dry operations make the site clear,and keep low labor intensity and high efficiency of installation.

3.    保温隔热性能

Good heat isolation

纸面石膏板的导热系数只有普通水泥混凝土的9.5％，是空心粘土砖的83.5％，其导热系数小于0.2W/m.K

The conductive coefficient of paper-faced gypsum board is less than 0.2 W/mK,which is 9.5 percent of ordinary cement concrete, and 83.5 percent of hollow clay brick.

4.    隔音性能

Good sound isolation

石膏板隔墙系统利用石膏板和龙骨连接，形成空腔（或填充吸声材料），能很好地解决隔热、隔音等问题。

The system makes use of the connecton of gypsum board and ceiling suspension,and forms cavity （or fills with sound-absorbing material）.That can well solve the promble about insulation of heat and sound,etc.

5.    特殊的呼吸性能

纸面石膏板是一种存在大量微孔结构的板材，其多孔体的不断吸湿与解潮的循环变化，即所谓的“呼吸”功能，维持着动态平衡，能够调节居住及工作环境的湿度，创造一个舒适的小气候。
