活动隔断结构简介

1）水平隔音Horizontal seals

为达到**佳隔音效果，採用上下两层隔音橡胶的结构。利用千斤顶原理，將双层橡胶条紧压于天花板的轨道及地板上，顶撑里达1500N，提供高稳定度隔断。

The principle of double-skin construction is applied consistently in the seal area in order to ensure maximum sound insulation. A spindle mechanism presses extendable, springloaded, double seals against the floor and the ceiling track. Any irregularities in the flooring are offset by spring-loaded double-chamber seals. The contact force of the sealing strips does not place excessive strain on screed floors, but does ensure that the Variflex system is sufficiently stable to prevent the panels moving, even in the event of an attempted forced entry.

2）墙角隔音Corner seals

采用特殊成型之橡胶墙角組件，解決了处理墙角部位密封上的技术问题；同時，也达成了优越的稳定度及隔音效果。

Variflex resolves the technical issue of corner seals with specially designed, corner pieces that also reinforce the stability and sound insulation properties of the system.

3）垂直隔音Vertical seals

所有隔音墙皆采用极具弹性的垂直密接侧面，凹凸槽状紧密配合原理，以确保**佳的闭合及隔音效果。

All Variflex models have flexible, vertical sealing strips to ensure the best possible seal for maximum sound insulation. The strips extend some distance into the panels to ensure positive interlock.

4）磁条 Magnetic strip

在凹凸槽状中裝有重复极化之磁铁条，它所产生的吸力能将连接的墙板自动连接，并提供**高达40N/m之接合力使各墙板由此种磁條条排，提供更紧密的连接。

The individual panels are centred via the magnetic strips to guarantee sound positive locking and sealing (with execption of Standard).

5）骨架Frame

墙板骨架由铝合金及钢管組成。此坚固而不变形的骨架配以墙板金属部件的紧密結合，提供了极大的稳定性和高度的隔音性。面板直挂于內部骨架结构上，便于更换维修，同时減少声音的反射。

The frame is made from torsionally stiff aluminium hollowchamber profiles and sectional steel tubing. Transverse forces will not, therefore, cause deformation of the frame. Combined with the panel mounted in acoustically free suspension, Variflex elements are able to offer both exceptional strength and outstanding sound insulation.

6）隔音材料Sound insulation material

骨架內填以额外之隔音材料达到不同的隔音要求。

The various Variflex models can be fitted with additional insulation materials according to sound insulation requirements.

7）操作曲柄Operating handle

人工操作曲柄控制隔音条的伸縮。曲柄內菱形连接卡口的灵活伸缩性使曲柄不易滑动。

In manual systems, the element sealing strips are operated using a crank. The crank has as a captive bayonet fitting to prevent it from being pulled off. The bayonet arrangement is easy to disengage and prevents crank slippage.

8）释放机构Release structure

连接鄰接墙板之磁力可由操作手柄轻易释放墙板间吸力。此特征仅使用于Variflex Top的高雅型。

Magnetic force between two panels can be released by operating handle. This character only suit for Variflex Top.

9）面板Fascia boards

鉴于墙板的悬挂結构使其可自由摇晃，墙板间的金属构件紧密結合，有效地阻隔了声音的传输。面板可按室內设计之需更换而无需破坏整块墙板。

The acoustic fascia boards are clipped on as freely oscillating panels to ensure optimum sound insulation with minimum system weight. The fascias can be replaced without removing the panels. Their surfaces can be coated or covered with any conventional interior design material

SV60：隔墙厚度为60mm，铝外框及道轨全为静电粉末喷涂，可分为双轮独立型和单轮旋转型，适用隔墙高度在3000mm以下，其隔音系数从25~35dB不等。独立型每件隔板配置2套水平滑轮系统；旋转型每件隔板配置1套水平滑轮系统，可360度自由旋转。每组悬挂系统**大负载为230kg。SV70：隔墙厚度为70mm，铝外框及道轨全为静电粉末喷涂，可分为双轮独立型和单轮旋转型，适用隔墙高度在4000mm以下，其隔音系数从28~38dB不等。独立型每件隔板配置2套水平滑轮系统；旋转型每件隔板配置1套水平滑轮系统，可360度自由旋转。每组悬挂系统**大负载为300kg。SV83：隔墙厚度为83mm，铝外框及道轨全为静电粉末喷涂，可分为双轮独立型和单轮旋转型，适用隔墙高度在6500mm以下，其隔音系数从33~48dB不等。独立型每件隔板配置2套水平滑轮系统；旋转型每件隔板配置1套水平滑轮系统，可360度自由旋转。每组悬挂系统**大负载为460kg。SV100：隔墙厚度为100mm，铝外框及道轨全为静电粉末喷涂，可分为双轮独立型和单轮旋转型，适用隔墙高度在12000mm以下，其隔音系数从42~53dB不等。独立型每件隔板配置2套水平滑轮系统；旋转型每件隔板配置1套水平滑轮系统，可360度自由旋转。每组悬挂系统**大负载为690kg。

活动隔墙　　 在建筑中用于分隔室内空间的非承重内墙统称为隔墙，
　　可做前后，或者左右轨道移动的隔墙称之为活动隔墙。
　　活动隔断所用墙板、配件、五金件的材料的质量应符合现行国家标准和行业标准的规定。活动隔墙的安装应符合以下规定：
　　1）活动隔墙的材质、组合方式应符合设计要求。
　　2）活动隔墙轨道安装必须与基体结构连接牢固。用于组装、推拉和制动的构、配件应安装牢固，位置准确。
　　3）活动隔墙推拉必须安全、平稳、灵活。
　　活动隔墙的安装：活动隔墙的安装应符合以下规定：
　　1）活动隔墙的材质、组合方式应符合设计要求。
　　2）活动隔墙轨道安装必须与基体结构连接牢固。用于组装、推拉和制动的构、配件应安装牢固，位置准确。
　　3）活动隔墙推拉必须安全、平稳、灵活。
　　活动隔墙工程验收
　　1、活动隔墙工程的检查数量应符合下列规定；
　　每个检验批应至少抽查20%，并不得少于6间；不足6间是支离破碎全数检查。
　　2、活动隔墙轨道必须与基体结构连接牢固，并应位置正确。
　　检验方法：尺量检查；手扳检查。
　　3、活动隔墙用于组装、推拉和制动的构配件必须安装牢固、位置正确、推拉必须安全、平稳、灵活。
　　检验方法：尺量检查；手扳检查，推拉检查。
　　4、活动隔墙制作方法、组合方式应符合设计要求。
　　检验方法：观察；
　　5、活动隔墙表面应色泽一致，平整光滑、洁净，线条应顺直、清晰。
　　检验方法：尺量检查；手摸检查
　　6、活动隔墙上的孔洞、槽、盒应位置正确、套割吻合、边缘整齐。
　　检验方法：观察；尺量检查；
　　7、活动隔墙推拉应无噪声。
　　检验方法：推拉检查。
　　8、活动隔墙安装的允许偏差和检验方法应符合下表

　　用于高优活动隔墙所有型号路轨及所有型号屏风四周边框、伸缩板、上下顶底撑等主件铝型材均采用6063T6（铝合金**高标号）的高强度工业用铝合金。
　　The almuinium material used for all main parts of yiteng track and panels system,such as frames,telescopic piece,top & bottom seals is 6063T6 (The highest standard number for aluminium alloy)high-strength industrial aluminium alloy produced by Belgium Aliplast Group.
　　用于高优活动隔墙所有型号屏风内部龙骨均采用上海宝钢生产的优质钢板折弯而成。 The internal frame works of all yiteng panels system are bent and farmed by high qualitysteel plate produced by Shanghai Bao Steel Group.
　　用于高优活动隔墙所有型号屏风密封胶条系统均采用新型改性抗氧化PVC材料加工而成。
　　All panel sealants used by yiteng are sprcial sealants made from most up to date oxidation-resistant PVC material.
　　用于高优活动隔墙所有型号屏风铝凸条及铝凹条系统（即公母槽）：
　　A.高优活动隔墙屏风凸条（公槽）为特制M型设计，连接方法是采用M型屏风铝凸条（公槽）的双边弧长直接延长伸入屏风内部的龙骨处与之完全配合分档连接。因此，屏风铝凸条（公槽）外表面无任何螺钉，连接更为紧密。
　　B.高优活动隔墙屏风的铝凹条（母槽）特别设计了在屏风开口框架内部再设置两根同样延伸进屏风本体内部与屏风本体龙骨配合分档连接的凹槽，更能提高屏风隔音效果。
　　C.高优活动隔墙屏风上下顶底撑的连接件为两片M型ABS材质的定模制件全压模而成，嵌入后完全密封及闭合固定，更增加屏风隔音功能。 The aluminium sections used for male and female seal system used for all yiteng systems:
　　A.yiteng aluminium male seal are special type M aesign. The connection method is to two length of the M type aluminium section directly extended into the internal frame works and fit in with the branching connection .So there are no screws on the exernal surface of the panel and the connection is more compact.
　　B.There is a special design for yiteng female seal system which has two additional female sections extending into the panel.which strengthen the sound isolation effect.
　　C.The top & bottom seals are completely moulded by two M type ABS die cast sections,completely sealed and closedly fixed after built in,which can effectively increase the sound isolation performance.
　　高优活动隔墙的滑轮系统：
　　200型号、直行及400型滑轮的轮套均采用进口美国杜邦公司生产的POM粒子材料，不含任何尼龙成分；
　　700型滑轮轮套采用进口美国杜邦公司生产的POM粒子材料再外包钢圈而成,不含任何尼龙成分.
　　yiteng wheel trolley system:
　　The wheel system of Type200、4-wheeled Carrier and Type 400wheel trolley systems are made from POM particle ma-terial imported from Dupont Company,USA,(without any nylon material)
　　The wheel systems of Type 700are made from POM par-ticle material with steel ring casing and without any nylon material.
