Gypsum Powder Equipment Production Craft Introduction
一、破碎机工艺流程介绍
破碎机将大尺寸的石膏矿石破碎成小于25mm的小块颗粒,经选粉机将粉磨后达到产品所需细度的石膏生粉送入沸腾炉进行煅烧,煅烧后的合格石膏粉送入熟料仓储存或送入制品车间使用。
1. Crushed process flow introduction
Crusher breaks up large sized gypsum ore to small granule less 25mm. And then, separator mill the granule to powder with required fitness and deliver to boiling furnace to calcine. The calcined gypsum powder is delivered to grog bin for saving or to production workshop for producing.
二、沸腾炉工艺流程介绍
1、工作原理
沸腾炉主体主要由细径密集的散热管组成,盘管中通入导热油,把热量释放到炉体内部。沸腾炉底部安装罗茨风机,吹动炉体内粉料达到沸腾状态,在一定温度下经过烘干脱去结晶水的粉料,自动流动到出料口,这样产出的石膏粉质量稳定,结晶水含量、初终凝时间比较容易控制。另外,该设备利用干式静电除尘器除尘后,除尘效率达到95%以上,消除了粉尘污染。
2. Boiling furnace process flow introduction
1) Principle of work
The main part of boiling furnace is composed of thin and dense radiator pipes, which is filled with conduction oil to release the heat to the inside of the furnace. Equipped at the bottom of the furnace, the Roots blower makes the powder inside the furnace into the boiled state. The powder material, baked and dehydrated with crystallization water at certain temperature, flows out through the outlet automatically. The gypsum powder produced by this procedure has stable quality and well controlled crystallization water rate, initial and final set time. Further more, by using dry electrostatic cleaner, the equipment has over 95% dust collection efficiency and eliminate the dust pollution.
2、结构简单,不易损坏
由于物料实现了流态化,炉子就不需要有转动的部件,不但制造方便,投产后几乎不需要维修保养。由于用的是低温热源,炉子没有被烧坏的危险,使用寿命也特别长。
2)Simple and sustainable structure
Owing to the fluidization of material, furnace doesn’t have rotatable component so that it‘s easy to be built and almost free of maintenance. Thanks to the low temperature heat source, the furnace won’t be damaged by over heating and has longer operating life.
3、设备紧凑,占地少
沸腾炉是立式布置的设备,除尘器套在炉体上方,与炉子连成一个整体,设备非常紧凑。不但占地少,还可以避免除尘器结露。
3) Compact design and less space requirement
With vertical arrangement, the dust catcher on the top of the furnace body is integrated with the boiling furnace compactly. The system occupies less space and avoids condensation of the dust catcher.
4、能耗较低
热能方面:从热源传递给物料的热能,除了小部分用于加热炉底鼓入的冷空气以及少量的炉体散热损失外,几乎都有效的用于物料的脱水分解。炉子本身的热效率在95%以上。当然沸腾炉使用的是二次热源,**终的热效率还要将炉子的热效率乘上锅炉的热效率。但蒸气锅炉或热油锅炉都是很成熟的热工设备,其效率是比较高的。蒸汽锅炉一般能达到60-70%,热油锅炉能打到70-80%(我公司方案采用有机热载体导热油炉)。采用蒸气,可达57-67%;采用热油,可达67-76%。
4) Low energy consumption:
The heat energy, passed from the heat source to the material, is almost all used for material’s dehydration, except a small part is used to heat the cold air blew from the bottom of the heating furnace and radiates from the furnace body. Since the boiling furnace uses twice heat source, the final heat efficiency should count in the boiler’s. As we all know, the steam boilers or hot oil boilers are mature thermal equipments and their efficiency is comparability high. The steam boiler’s efficiency can reach 60-70% and the hot oil boiler’s can reach 70-80%. (Our company uses organic heat carrier hot oil boiler.) With steam, it can reach 57-67%. With hot oil, it can reach 67-76%.
5、产品质量好,熟石膏相组成比较理想,物理性能稳定
由于采用低温热源,石膏不易过烧,只要控制出料温度合适,成品中不含二水石膏,无水石膏也只在5%以内,其余均为半水石膏。这样的组成很理想,物理性能也很稳定。
5) Good quality, ideal composition of plaster of paris, stable physical property
Due to the low temperature heat source, the plaster does not tend to be over calcined. By controlling the discharge temperature properly, the system can produce finished products without dihydrate gypsum and with less than 5% anhydrite, and hemihydrate gypsum as all others. This composition is very ideal and with stable physical property.
