称重螺旋输送机概述：（上海称重螺旋）

称重式螺旋输送机是对各种粉状、散粒状物料进行连续输送、动态计量、控制给料的生产计量设备。设备组成螺旋称重系统主要由稳流给料螺旋、称重桥架、减速电机、称重传感器、测速传感器、称重控制仪表和电控系统等组成,称重桥架为杠杆式，其杠杆支点采用耳轴，不受腐蚀及外界因素对计量精度影响；测速传感器置于螺旋体非驱动端。

称重螺旋输送机工作原理：

螺旋称重定量给料机用于对散状物料的定量给料，给料 过程为螺旋旋转连续给料，给料机将来自于用户给料仓或其他给料设备的物料输送并通过称重桥架进行重量检测；同时装于端部的测速传感螺旋体进行速度检测；被 检测的重量信号及速度信号一同送入称重控制器进行微积分处理并显示以吨每小时为单位的瞬时流量及以吨为单位的累计量。

称重螺旋输送机特点：

●给料螺旋具有独特的稳流结构，在整个进料口截面上料粉均匀下沉，不易结拱，冲洗

●双螺旋结构，料流稳定，重量信号真实，计量精度更高。（可选）

●螺旋叶片选用锰钢材料精工制作，耐磨性强，使用寿命长。

●螺旋间隙小，克服回流冲料问题，避免管壁间隙中粘附物料。

●密封结构，减少粉尘外扬。

●进出料口为软连接，可根据现场要求任意调整水平安装角度

●自动计量标定系数，自动测量系统零点；

●手动置入各种参数，运行操作可手动/自动切换；

●具有仪表自诊断和计算机联网功能。
