臣邦室内防霉耐水腻子粉

基面处理：

基面须稳固结实、洁净、无油污、蜡染、无混凝土养护剂、混凝土脱膜剂及其它松散物质。 若基面过于干燥，需润湿基面至无明水为佳。

新抹灰的表面应养护约12天方可进行涂刮腻子，以免因水泥砂浆批荡层的不稳定而造成腻子层的开裂或空鼓等后果。

Surface preparation

Base surface must be firm, clean, not oily or greasy and free from other lose contamination. If surface is too dry. Wet the surface until water can be barely observed on the surface.

Newly powdered surface should be serviced for about 12 days before putty can be applied. To avoid any cracking on the surface due to instability.

施工工艺：

将适量水倒入容器中，然后再将粉剂慢慢倒入水中，并充分搅拌成均匀无粉粒、无沉淀的膏糊状,静置3-5分钟再略搅拌即可使用，建议脱水率为（粉3：水1）。

操作过程中应保持间断性搅拌，以防止沉淀。

使用腻子抹刀将搅拌好的浆料均匀抹刮于工作面上，并要刮光滑，每次抹刮的厚度应控制在1.0mm左右。

腻子批刮完成48小时以后(视天气状况而定),可进行必要的打磨工序,打磨时可将刀痕轻轻磨平即可,切忌因过度的打磨而影响腻子层的强度.

腻子层打磨光滑后3-4天后方可进行涂刷各种涂料.

Application:

Pour enough water into the container. Slowly add powder and stir it evenly to become lump-free mixture. Leave the mixture for 3-5 minutes followed by minimum stirring to achieve optimal state. Suggested mixture ratio: powder: 3, water: 1.

Keep stirring the mixture to avoid lump.

Use trowel to applied ready to use mixture evenly onto the surface, polish the surface gently thickness for each application is around 1.0mm.

Polish the surface 48 hours(depending on the weather) after application.

Painting can be applied on the surface 3-4 days after polishing.

注意事项：

本产品需在5-40摄氏度的环境下施工使用。

切忌将已干结的膏浆加水混合后使用。

腻子的打磨时间可根据腻子层的强度而定,一般建议在2天左右进行打磨.

切忌将臣邦CBN01室内防霉腻子进行淋水养护，而臣邦CBN02室内耐水腻子即可进行淋水养护。

切忌将臣邦室内腻子直接施工于低吸水率基面上(如：瓷砖、马赛克、石材、水泥收光面）或非水泥砂浆基面上（如：木板、夹板、石膏板或金属板）。如遇特殊基面的施工，可直接咨询我司的技术服务部门。

Safety note:

This product should be applied under 5 to 40 C.

Do not mix cured adhesive with water.

Sanding time is dependant on putty level. Normally after 2 days.

Do not service CBN01 with water. CBN02 can be serviced with water.

Do not apply interior putty directly on surfaces with low water absorption or non cement base. Contact our technical department for assistance.

作业安全：

以上产品呈碱性，会刺激皮肤。在使用过程中，应避免吸入粉尘和接触皮肤及眼睛，施工时可佩戴合适用防护手套及护眼罩，一但接触皮肤，应用清水冲洗，若接触到眼睛应立即用大量清水冲洗并尽快就医诊治，本产品无毒、不易燃，环保。

Application Safety:

Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Always wear grooves and eye protector in usage. Wash away with water if contact with skin. Wash away with mass water and consult doctor if contact with eyes. This product is environmental-friendly, free of poison, and hard to ignite.

产品贮存：

避免阳光直接照射，应放在托板上离地贮存，以防止雨水浸湿，避免过度叠压，这样能防止产品过早失效或结块。

未启封产品可保存一年。

Storage:

Avoid direct sun contact. Should be stored on boards away from floor to avoid rain or water contact.

Stored up to 1 year in package.
