本发明的目的在于提供一种特种绝缘耐低温海底电缆料,克服目前现有海底电缆料的绝缘、耐低温方面的缺陷。主要配方为:高密度聚乙烯100份,三元乙丙橡胶20~30份,有机硅树脂改性聚酯树脂5~10份,阻燃剂25~35份,相容剂5~10份,润滑剂1~2份,交联剂0.1~1份。本发明专利制备的海底电缆料,添加EPDM和有机硅树脂改性的聚酯树脂,能提高电缆的耐寒性能,提高材料的冲击性能,同时本身有机硅树脂还具有阻燃的特点,可以降低阻燃剂的添加量,减少材料本身的性能损失;本发明制备得到的海底电缆料,采用纳米硅树脂与微胶囊红磷进行复配,添加量大幅下降,阻燃性能不下降,同时避免了传统的无机阻燃剂添加量大的问题。

The submarine cable material has the advantages that the added EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) and organic silicon resin modified polyester resin can improve the cold resistant property of cables and improve the impact property of the material, besides, organic silicon resin has the characteristic of fire retardance, the additive amount of the fire retardant can be reduced, the performance loss of the material can be reduced, the submarine cable material is formed by compounding nano silicon resin and microencapsulated red phosphorus, the additive amount is greatly reduced, the flame retardant property is not reduced, and the problem that the additive amount of traditional inorganic flame retardant is large is avoided. |
