包装、贮存与运输： 三复合牛皮纸包装，25kg/袋，防潮、防雨，存于阴凉干燥处，保质期6个月；按非危险品运输。

使用方法：

Usage:

1、基层处理：清理墙面表面疏松处、油污，剔凿或修补墙面平整度超差部分，要求墙面平整、清洁、干燥。

1. Base treatment: clean and level the surface of substrate

2、配制粘结砂浆：TDL013（内）：水 =4：1 （重量比），使用电动搅拌器充分搅拌均匀，静置5-10分钟，再次搅拌即可使用，搅拌好的砂浆**好在2小时内用完，严禁将已凝固的砂浆二次搅拌再投入使用。

2. Mortar compounding: mix-ratio, TDL-013N: water = 4:1, fully mixed with electric mixer, standing for 5-10min, and mixed again; it is better to use up mixed mortar within 2 hours; no hardened mortar should be used.

3、粘贴聚苯板时，应采用点框法粘结，即用抹灰刀将搅拌好的粘结砂浆均匀涂抹在保温板边缘上形成边框，然后在板面上均匀分布6-8个高于边框的粘结点，**后按上述方法将聚苯板粘到墙面上并用靠尺靠平,粘结面积不得<40%。

3. When sticking, evenly apply mixed mortar on the edge of EPS board, and then uniformly distribute 6-8 bonding points higher than the borders of EPS board in the plate surface, finally stick EPS board on substrate and level with running rule. The bonding area of EPS board should not be less than 40%.

4、参考消耗量：4-5kg/m²。

注意事项：

Remark:

1、施工温度宜大于5℃ 以上，风力5级以下，避免雨天施工；在冬施情况下，应采用防冻型砂浆；

1. The favorable construction conditions: temperature >5℃, wind force<5, no construction no rainy days; frost-resistant mortar should be used in winter.

2、拌制好的砂浆应在2小时内用完 ，已凝固硬化的砂浆不得二次使用；

2. Mixed mortar should be used up within 2 hours; no hardened mortar should be used.

3、严禁工地现场私自添加砂子、水泥及其他添加剂。
