YDT型圆体立式多管陶瓷除尘器，是选用250毫米标准陶瓷旋风子圆形排列组合而成，与方形比较，具有结构简单，外形美观，不易积灰，体形尺寸小，占地面积少，阻力小，用钢量少，造价低等特点。

　　在结构上，对气流分布室壁衬以耐磨层，确保使用寿命，进出口采用圆形，便于烟、风道的联接安装。采用舌板式自卸排灰装置，不但密封性能好，能调整卸灰量，方便管理。可根据用户意见装设润湿器，可大大减少放灰时的飘灰污染，促进环境卫生。

除尘机理

　　含尘烟气进入气流分布室，流入旋风子，经螺旋导向片，在筒体内形成旋流，尘粒由于离心力的作用而与气体分离，分离的尘粒沿筒壁由锥体排入灰斗，存灰到一定贮存度，由卸料器自卸排出。净化后的烟气由旋风子芯管经排气室出口排出。
