瓷砖胶

一．  产品优势：

瓷砖胶又称陶瓷砖粘合剂，主要用于粘贴瓷砖、面砖、地砖等装饰材料，用途广泛，适用于内外墙面、地面、浴室、厨房等建筑的饰面装饰场所。其主要特点是粘接强度高、耐水、耐冻融、耐老化性能好及施工方便，是一种非常理想的粘结材料。该产品避免掉砖的风险，良好的柔韧性，有效防止生产空鼓，本产品是一种高效聚合物改性的水泥基瓷砖胶。

二．  施工工艺：

1. 施工前清理基层表面上的油污、灰尘、混凝土养护剂、脱模剂及其它松散物。

**步先将生活饮用水加入搅拌桶，再将粘结剂逐量加入，混合比例为粉剂：水=3.7~4：1，可以根据施工习惯适当改变粉料与水的比例，调节稀稠度。用低   速（300r/min）电动搅拌器搅拌均匀无生粉团。

2. 第二步水化（静置）15分钟后进行第二次搅拌1-3分钟即可使用，水化后的粘结剂不宜再加水或粘结剂干粉。

3. 用有齿抹刀直线的一边将少量粘结剂用力刮在瓷砖背面（填满凹槽为准），清除底面的灰尘和杂物，以保证粘结的强度。

4. 将适量的粘结剂涂在施工底面上，并用合适齿距的抹刀呈60-70度，沿直线的方向梳理成饱满的条状，将瓷砖按压在涂有粘结剂的基层上，以确保全面粘着并调整到恰当的位置。

5. 搅拌后的粘结剂应在4小时内用完，每半小时搅拌一次，使其保持较好的可操作性，已固化的粘结剂禁止使用。

6. 已贴好的瓷砖15分钟后不可再挪动，如需调整需清除瓷砖背面和施工面的粘结剂后重新用粘结剂粘贴。

注意事项：

1. 施用前必须先确认底材的垂直度及平整度。施工24小时定型后可进行表面后续施工（填缝），但不可使用有震落机械在施工面作业，7天后有一定强度，28天后达到**高强度。

2. 本产品含有水泥成分，如不慎溅入眼睛应及时用净水冲洗干净或及时去

医院诊治。

3. 施工时和施工后48小时不可水淋，温度在5℃-35℃。

4. 调好后的粘结剂应在2小时内用完，切忌把已干结的胶浆加水混合再用。
