玻玛胶（中性马赛克粘贴填缝二合一胶）

一．       产品优势：

玻玛胶是本公司专门针对由于普通马赛克及镜面马赛克铺贴填缝时由于水泥碱度太大，造成马赛克的镜面刮花，起碱，影响马赛克的美观和铺贴效果的问题而开发的新型铺贴及填缝材料。

二．       施工工艺：

1.     施工基面应平整, 干净，结实，无粉尘，无积水，无油污等污垢物或其他松散物，对于吸水性较大的基层宜事先使用清水湿润。

2.     先将水按比例加入容器中（粉料：水=3.7~4:1）然后慢慢倒入粉料，将粉料搅拌均匀成无结粒膏糊状，并静止3分钟，再行搅拌一次即可进行施工。

3.     用刮刀将搅拌好的玻玛胶批刮于施工基面上，将本品批于基面3~5mm厚，每次披刮约1m?厚用齿形刮刀将玻玛胶刮到所需的厚度，然后将所需铺贴的马赛克贴涂层上，并在尽快将马赛克调整好位置，保证马赛克与玻玛胶粘结良好。

4.     马赛克粘结24小时后用海绵刮板或其他合适的工具从对角线方向将缝填满。填缝完毕后，用微湿海绵将马赛克表面多余填缝料清理干净。请在胶浆干固前将多余的胶浆去除

三．       注意事项：

1.     施工前应确认基面的垂直度。

2.     玻玛胶刮于基面后，必须在十分钟内粘贴于基面上。

3.     施工24小时后，方可踏入，填缝。

4.     本产品适宜在5-40℃的环境下使用，已干结的胶浆不适宜再加水搅拌使用。

5.     施工时及施工后至少12小时不得淋雨，曝晒，及霜冻。

6.     如产品误入眼睛，会有刺激性，请及时用清水冲洗或看医生。
