TDL External Thermal Insulation System Finished by the Flex Tile

本系统是在引进德国先进技术和化工主剂的基础上，利用无机矿物填料，自主研发的、具有自主知识产权的新型外保温体系。该体系将传统的膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰技术与自重轻、耐候性强、防水透汽性好的柔性饰面砖相结合，无需锚固，安全美观。柔性饰面砖是外墙涂料、瓷砖**佳的替代材料，是建筑装饰材料的一次革新，耐老化、永不褪色，使用年限可达三十年以上。该系统适用于混凝土、砌块等各种新建墙体的建筑节能以及既有建筑的节能改造。

Based on chemicals and advanced German technique，this system is developed independently by Beijing Jianxing New Building Material R&D Centre with independent intellectual property rights。As a new type of external thermal insulation system，it integrates traditional external thermal insulation technique with light-weight，weatherproof and ventilative flex tile，no need for anchoring。As a best substitute for paint and ceramic tile，flex tile is aging-resistant，color-fast and has a shelf-life of over 30 years。It is perfect for energy saving of newly built walls made of concrete and bricking-ups，and for upgrading energy saving system of old buildings。

技术特点：

1、柔性饰面砖自重轻，4-6kg/m²，可直接与膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰体系结合，体系安全可靠；

2、可直接采用高弹抹面砂浆形成抗裂防护层，无需采用网格布或钢丝网，是外保温体系的一次革新；

施工工艺：

有网构造：基墙处理→采用聚合物粘结砂浆粘贴聚苯板→涂抹聚合物抹面砂浆、铺压玻纤网格布→将柔性面砖胶粘剂满涂并刮成梳形→粘贴柔性饰面砖→采用平头毛刷描缝

无网构造：基墙处理→采用聚合物粘结砂浆粘贴聚苯板→涂抹高弹聚合物抹面砂浆→将柔性面砖胶粘剂满涂并刮成梳形→粘贴柔性饰面砖→采用平头毛刷描缝

Construction Process

Structure with mesh：Prepare substrate → Stick EPS board used of polymer adhesive mortar → Apply polymer plastering mortar for external thermal insulation system and press into glass fiber mesh → Completely plaster adhesive mortar for flex tile，and then scrape into comb-shaped → Stick flex tile → Fill joints with a flat brusher

Structure without mesh：prepare substrate → Stick EPS board used of polymer adhesive mortar → Apply high-elastic polymer plastering mortar for external thermal insulation system → Completely plaster adhesive mortar for flex tile，and then scrape into comb-shaped → Stick flex tile → Fill joints with a flat brusher

为使TDL柔性饰面砖顺利推广和与应用，北京市建兴新建材开发中心建立了《柔性饰面砖》的企业标准（标准号为Q/DXBXX001-2007），并在技术监督局备案（备案号为DXQ3891-2007），用以指导柔性饰面砖的生产；制定了《柔性饰面砖工程施工及验收规程》（Q/BXXJS-2007），并报北京市建委备案为北京市建设工程技术企业标准（备案号为JQB-129-2007），用以指导柔性饰面砖工程的施工及验收。TDL柔性饰面砖外墙外保温系统已被编入88J2-9《墙身-外墙外保温（节能65%）》图集以及新疆、山东、河南等地方性图集。

In order to smoothly promote and apply TDL flex tile, Beijing Jianxing New Building Material R&D Center has established the enterprise standard of “flex tile”（Standard No. Q/DXBXX001-2007） which recorded in the Technical Supervision Bureau（Record Number DXQ3891-2007）, to guide the production of flex tile; and worked out "Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Flex Tile Work" （Q/BXXJS-2007）, which had been reported to Beijing Construction Committee and accepted as Enterprise Standard for Beijing Construction Engineering（JQB-129-2007）, to guild the construction and examination of  Construction Engineering of flex tile. TDL Flex Tile System was compiled into the 88J2-9 atlas--《Wall Bodies- External Thermal Insulation（65%Energy Conservation Degree）》, and some local atlantes such as Xinjiang, Shandong, Henan and so forth.

2007年4月14日，由北京市建委组成，对《柔性饰面砖工程施工及验收规程》进行了审查和论证，论证小组由9位专家、教授组成，主任委员为涂逢祥。专家审查结论如下：

1、提供的资料基本齐全，符合审查要求；

2、柔性饰面砖体薄质轻，可承受不同基层的变形，工艺简单，施工速度快，安全、耐久，综合经济性好，是一种可用于包括外墙外保温在内的、优良的墙面装饰材料；

3、该规程对采用柔性饰面砖作为外装饰面材料的材料性能、施工工艺、质量验收等做出了具体规定，有利于保证工程质量，可作为指导施工和验收的依据。

On April 14, 2007, an expert review for “Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Flex Tile Work” was organized by Beijing Construction Commission. The evaluation team was constituted by 9 experts or professors leaded by Tu Fengxiang. Conclusions as follows:

1. The provided information is fundamentally complete in line with the review requirements;

2. The flex tile possesses the following performances: thin ,light, able to withstand the deformation of different substrates, simple process, fast construction, safe, durable and good comprehensive economic etc. and is an excellent wall-decoration material which can be used different substrates including the protection layer of the external thermal insulation systems

3. The above-mentioned specification has made specific provisions about material properties, construction techniques, quality inspection and other functions on the use of the flex tile as the decoration material, which will help ensure the quality of the projects and can guild the construction and acceptance

目前，TDL柔性饰面砖外墙外保温系统产品已在北京、山东、河南、新疆等地应用了50多万平方米，典型工程有北京富景花园、北京怡馨家园、北京元大都、国家体育局办公楼、烟台嘉诚寰宇广场、河南世茂大厦、新疆石河子贵航办公楼等。业内认为，柔性饰面砖既可满足瓷砖装饰效果，同时又解决了陶瓷面砖透汽性差、自重大、容易脱落等缺点，使外墙外保温集保温、抗裂、透汽、憎水、装饰于一体，更加适合于大面积推广。

At present, TDL Flex Tile System and the relevance products already have applied more than 500,000 square meters in Beijing , Shandong , Henan , Xinjiang etc. Typical projects include： Beijing Fujing Garden、Beijing Yixing Home Garden，etc.。The insiders think that the decorative effect adopted of TDL flex tile can be the same as that adopted of ceramics tile，at the same time，TDL flex tile can overcome such shortcomings occurred by ceramics as weak vapor penetration、big self weight、easily coming off ,etc.，and make the External Thermal Insulation System integrated the following  functions as anti-crack、high vapor penetration、water resisted and decoration , is especially fit to be extended in large area。
